Why does the humidifier not work?

1. Make sure that the cord is connected to a powered outlet and that the mains voltage corresponds with the voltage indicated on the humidifier.
2. The humidifier will shut down automatically in the event of low water.
3. Check the water tank is installed properly.

Why is the humidifier not misting?

1. Turn the mist level to a higher setting.
2. The base has too much water. Empty the base and refill the water tank (not the base).
3. Please check whether the air inlet is blocked.
4. Make sure the nozzle is not blocked.
5. Make sure the humidifier is not a flat surface.
6. The water temperature may be too low. Turn the mist level to the highest setting and let it run for a while, then adjust to the desired setting.
7. If the water tank or base has been washed with detergent, rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove any remaining detergent.

There is white dust in the water tank

Please descale the humidifier regularly. Using purified or distilled water can help prevent the formation of scale.

Why does misting produce an unpleasant smell?

1. Use purified or distilled water only. It is not recommended to use tap water
2. Change water regularly to avoid dirty water accumulation
3. Clean the humidifier and keep it done for 12 hours with the cover detached
4. Clean the aroma pad tray, and change the aroma pad.

Why does water leak from the humidifier?

1. Make sure the silicone sealing ring around the water outlet valve is secure.
2. Avoid running the humidifier in a room with over 60% relative humidity.
3. Wipe any excess water.
4. Do not shake the humidifier.
5. Make sure to place the humidifier on a flat, level surface.
6. Float in base not in place.
7. Check the water tank for leaks. If there are leaks, please contact support@dreo.com

Why does the humidifier use the water too quickly？

1. Set the mist level to a lower setting.
2. The humidifier uses up water based on the environmental temperature and humidity. If your environment is cold and/or dry, the humidifier will run out of water faster.

Why does the humidifier make a loud or unusual noise?

1. Set the mist level to a lower setting.
2. Please do not place the humidifier directly on the carpet, as this will easily lead to clogging of the humidifier air inlet holes.
3. The humidifier may malfunction. Please stop using the humidifier and contact support@dreo.com

Why are there condensation forms around humidifiers or windows?

Humidity may be too high. Please try to turn down the mist level and turn off the humidifier, or open a door or window to the room.

Why has mold grown inside the humidifier?

1. Clean the water tank and base chamber regularly.
2. It is recommended to use purified water to slow down the growth of mold.

Why did the red light show up?

1. The water tank is out of water, please fill it up.
2. The water tank is not correctly placed on the base, please reposition it.
3. Clean the water filter or replace it with a new one.

Essential oil has little or no smell

1. Make sure you’ve added 10 or 15 drops of oil into the base chamber.
2. For best results, please use pure essential oil.
3. Replace your aromatherapy pad regularly.

Why is the humidity display way off?

1. The humidity in each area of the room has a certain difference, a ±5% difference in humidity is normal.
2. Please try to adjust the angle of the fog, the fog outlet should not be aimed at the humidity sensor (near the aroma tank).
3. Make sure the room is ventilated for even more humidity in the room.

Easy to assemble, fill, and clean, and works great! The mist is very fine and has not soaked the carpet or anything else. Would definitely recommend!

Great, Simple Humidifier

We love this humdifier. Attractive design and the size works well in our bedroom. Was recommended on Wirecutter but I bought the simple version without wifi and it still does a great job. Super fine mist and I love that you can direct the vent at the top. Seems like it will be easy enough to keep clean. Would absolutely recommend.

Perfect for Small Bedroom

Wanted a humidifer for a small room that we turned into a bedroom for grandchildren when they stay over a couple nights a month. My number one priority though was it had to be easy to clean!!!!!!! in order to keep them safe from bacteria, and me from having to deal with a complicated cleaning ritual. This Dreo was budget priced, but has just the features I need. My grandson liked the soft blue "nightlight" too.

Just Right!

This humidifier works as expected. It has a number of options for expelling the water droplets into the air, and there is no need for a filter. It is quiet. I use it at night in the bedroom and have seen an increase in the humidity in what is an otherwise dry environment. I bought a small tray on which to place the humidifier just in case it were to leak, but there are no problems. It is easy to care for. I am more than satisfied. Thank you,Dreo!
